Dr. Lee Westberry has been in education and educational leadership for the past 24 years. She has served as a high school teacher, high school assistant principal, middle school principal, high school principal, as well as two different Executive Director district positions. Currently, she is the Program Coordinator and Assistant Professor at The Citadel's Zucker Family School of Education as well as the Director of Program Development and Enhancement.
She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Columbia College, an English Degree from Frances Marion University, an M.Ed. from The University of SC, an Ed.S. from The Citadel and an Ed.D. from NSU.
Some of her accolades include High School Principal of the Year, Robin Burns Governor's Award, SC CTE Writer's Award, and the SCMEA Administrator's Award.
She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Columbia College, an English Degree from Frances Marion University, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. from The University of SC, an Ed.S. from The Citadel and an Ed.D. from NSU.
When she is not teaching or working with clients, she enjoys playing golf and spending time with her husband and two daughters, Warner and Sophie. She also enjoys writing. She is the author of two books below.

As a first year principal, this is exactly what I need. In your principal preparation programs, you don't really get this because typically you are still a teacher and then you forget because you aren't in the chair as head principal. All first year principals should go through a program like this as a refresher to put you on the right path.
